We are the major training provider for the automotive, aerospace, polymer and transport industries and have built a strong presence in a range of industries such as fashion, business, hospitality, horticulture as well as justice and legal. As one of the state's largest providers of apprenticeship and traineeship training, we also have strong relationships with many businesses and cater for students seeking industry-relevant training in a wide range of disciplines.
With six campuses across Melbourne, we offer courses from basic certificate to diploma and advanced diploma levels. Our Skills Recognition program also takes account of your prior knowledge and experience, awarding you with the credits or qualification that matches your existing skills. A range of pathway opportunities and credits into university level study are readily available and students can progress from our courses into degree and post-graduate studies.

Employability skills
All Training Packages have been reviewed to ensure that Employability Skills feature in their units of competency and all new Training Packages must now include Employability Skills.
Employability Skills are skills that apply across a variety of jobs and life contexts. They are sometimes referred to as key skills, core skills, life skills, essential skills, key competencies, necessary skills, and transferable skills. Industry's preferred.
