| Friday 30 | Kangan Institute Student Records department sends statement of results to students for 2008 delivery | |
| February | Wednesday 11 | Most students attend first class and collect their student ID cards |
| March | Wednesday 11 | Secondary Schools deadline to notify Kangan Institute of any student withdrawals without charge incurred |
| Friday 20 | MOUs are finalised and completed | |
| Friday 27 | MOUs are sent to Secondary Schools for signing | |
| Friday 27 | All certificates are issued to students and Secondary Schools for 2008 delivery | |
| May | Friday 1 | All MOUs to be returned to Kangan Institute once signed |
| Friday 8 | Kangan Institute send Semester 1 invoice to Secondary Schools (50% of total MOU charge) | |
| July | Monday 20 | Semester 1 Secondary School delivered results forwarded to Kangan Institute |
| September | Monday 7 | Kangan Institute send Semester 2 invoice to Secondary Schools (50% of total MOU charge) |
