Kangan Institute's Centre for Better Living trains you for work that makes a difference to the quality of people's lives.

If you are interested in people development and/or some aspect of health and wellbeing, then it is likely we have a program to suit you. From Certificate III through to Advanced Diploma - along with our short courses - our training ensures that you are work-ready, whether you are new to the workforce or seeking to upgrade your skills. We offer a supportive and friendly adult learning environment.

Broadmeadows campus - community services, community development, youth work, child studies

Moreland campus - nursing, health services and allied health assistance, aged care, pathology, OH&S

Richmond campus - sport development and recreation, fitness, natural therapies and remedial massage

Over 90 percent of graduates in our department secure employment and/or pursue further study. Community services and health is the second fastest industry growth area nationally with strong demand for suitably qualified workers.

Massage Clinic

The Sport, Fitness and Natural Therapies area runs a public massage clinic at the Richmond campus. The clinic is staffed by fully-supervised massage students. The clinic is open Thursdays during second semester and Fridays all year.
