Business Development Program
With its series of varied seminars and workshops, the Business Development Program provides the opportunity for small business owners to develop themselves, their employees and their business with focussed, economical and ready-to-use information.

The essential elements resulting in this is that predominantly, the small business owner is both time and resource-poor.
This series of seminars and workshops is designed to provide ongoing and up-to-date information to micro and small business owners. It provides practical advice and strategies that the business owner can apply to their business immediately, and enable them to either stabilise the business through better management or be provided with activities and tools to further improve and nurture a pattern of growth for the business.
The initial series of topics will include:
- The Power of Networking
- Skills to Help You Sell
- Financial Planning
- Getting All Things Done on Time
- Working and Having a Life
- Preparing for Year End Tax
- The Ins and Outs of Employing Staff
There will also be a panel of business specialists at selected sessions who will be available for an interactive session and respond to the day-to-day issues causing concern in the running of your business.
