E-learning
- Design of high learner engagement - well-designed learning sequences, instant feedback, animation, video, audio, still photography and illustration.
- Development of web-based resources suitable for use in Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Blackboard and Moodle.
- Facilitation of training for you on an LMS or training of your staff to enable self-management of your LMS.
- Support for Web 2.0 communication tools as learning strategies (Twitter, blogs, forums, wikis etc.).
Language, literacy & numeracy (LLN)
- Design, development and editing of resources which meet the LLN needs of particular learner groups.
- Mapping of courses, training resources and assessment to the Australian Core Skills Framework (ACSF).

- Development of industry-specific resources and processes for trainers and learners to support skills recognition processes.
Youth
- Learning resources specifically designed and built to engage a younger audience including VCAL, apprentices, cadets and secondary school students.
