Assistance with the implementation of Training Packages
Australia's VET system is currently undergoing reform. National Training Packages based on competency standards are progressively being introduced for all industries and will eventually replace accredited courses with the same coverage.
Each Training Package has been designed by the relevant industry bodies to meet current and emerging skill needs.
Training Packages allow greater flexibility for enterprises to customise accredited training to meet their needs, by drawing the precise mix of competency standards they require from any of the national Training Packages.
How can we assist?
Kangan Batman TAFE can customise and package competency standards to suit the needs of your organisation.
If your particular needs are not being met by existing Training Packages, we can work with you to develop your own Enterprise Training Package.
Conducting assessments and assisting with implementation of assessment systems
With the shift towards competency-based assessment and training (CBAT), access to quality assessment skills, tools and procedures has become integral to any organisation using, or operating within, the Australian VET system.
Kangan Batman TAFE can assist by designing, implementing, and maintaining competency-based assessment and training systems within your organisation.
We can also provide training for your staff in the following areas:
- analysing competency requirements
