We will arrange for a driver to meet you at the airport. An email will be sent to the address provided confirming the airport pickup details. This is a free service to an address within 10km of the campus you are studying at. Accompanying person(s) will be charged. Please do not submit this form unless your flight arrangements and accommodation are confirmed.

Please ensure this form is submitted at least five working days prior to your arrival date, but only after all flights are confirmed. Unconfirmed details on applications will not be processed. You will receive a confirmation by email from us at least three days prior to your departure. If you do not hear from us within three days prior to your departure date, please contact us at international@kangan.edu.au.

  I acknowledge that I will have to pay a $55 cancellation fee if I fail to give adequate notice to any changes to my flight details or I request airport pickup and do not use this service.
