Kangan Batman TAFE’s Richards Restaurant, which is open to the general public for lunch and dinner, will be offering Gourmet Buffet Lunches and Food from Around the World commencing Friday 29 August.
Richards Restaurant is a fully-licensed training restaurant and offers bistro, a la carte, d’hote and buffet service. Recently renovated, Richards Restaurant offers a relaxed, fully air-conditioned environment, with indoor and outdoor seating for 50 seated or 100 standing.
Richards Restaurant is also fully-licensed with a great range of Victorian wines.
The restaurant is designed to give hospitality students at Kangan Batman TAFE exposure to the restaurant environment while they learn.
Gourmet Buffet Lunches
Commencing Friday 29 August from 12.00pm midday, then every Friday for lunch for three weeks: Friday 5 September, Friday 12 September and Friday 19 September.
Guests will be able to choose from a selection of 15 hot and cold dishes, homebaked bread and scrumptious desserts all prepared and served by Kangan Batman TAFE’s hospitality students.

Commencing Monday 13 October from 12.00pm midday, then every Monday for lunch till Monday 24 November 2003.
Every week on a Monday commencing 13 October for lunch, Richards Restaurant will offer a selection of dishes from around the world including – Asian, Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, Spanish and more.
