Come to a slammin' party!

Kangan Batman TAFE Bandslam is set to rock the North West of Melbourne on Friday 15 June.
The event will be held at the Northcote Town Hall and will showcase some of the region's best unsigned musical talent. The competition is open to people between the ages of 13-25 and the bands will be vying for some fantastic prizes including recording time at Audrey Studio. However it's not only the bands who can win prizes, there will also be door prizes for a few lucky audience members.
'We have been highly impressed with the calibre of entries we received. These bands rock and I know they will all put on a great show on Friday night,' Erin Nicholls-one of the second-year event management students running the show.
Tickets are selling fast for this event and they can be brought on the night or pre-sale from the Kangan Batman TAFE Broadmeadows Campus bookshop. Refreshments will be available as well as exclusive Bandslam merchandise.
Performances on the night will be judged by music industry experts, including a representative from Audrey Studios.
