Fashion and Retail Open Days

Kangan Batman TAFE's Fashion and Retail department will be showcasing their award winning courses on Saturday September 8 and Saturday September 15 2007.
These open days are the perfect opportunity for prospective students and their parents to experience first hand what Kangan Batman TAFE can offer.
Both Open Days will be held at the Richmond Campus and everyone attending will be able to see the new state of the art Fashion Centre that is set to open in 2008. There will also be workshops and information available as well as staff to answer everyone's questions.
Many of Kangan Batman TAFE's fashion graduates have gone onto great success in the industry. The most recent examples include multi award winning designer Tracey Osbourne and the 2007 Australian Masters of Fashion Contemporary Designer of the Year winner Adam Tsen.
'These open days not only allow us to show students our great facilities and hands on courses but they also allow students to get a feel for what they would like study and have a preview of where a career in fashion can take them,' Odile Higgins, manager of Fashion and Retail Studies at Kangan Batman TAFE, said.
The Open Days will run from 9 am to 12 pm on September 8 and 15 in Building B of the Richmond Campus in Cremorne Street Richmond.
