Rip it up Youth Fest is searching for the stars of Hume

Kangan Batman TAFE's events management students are proud to present 'Rip it up 08'.
This youth festival will be held at Youth Central, Pearcedale Parade, Broadmeadows from 2-7 pm on May 31, 2008.
The Rip It Up-Youth Fest will deliver the young people of Hume a day full of entertainment. This will include; The Rev Heads display of classic and unique cars, a body art exhibition, a dance off, and the highlight of the day the Hume Idol competition.
The festival aims to showcase the talent of Hume's youth by and everyone from six to 25 years is encouraged to join in the fun and have the chance to win a range of prizes.
People who wish to enter the competitions need to download and present an application form from the Kangan Batman Website, or phone or email for an appointment time for auditions by Tuesday May 6.
All profits made from the Rip it Up Youth Fest will of the event will be donated back to Youth Central to help them further the centre's already exceptional work with young people from the Hume district.
