School Leavers Scholarships
Kangan Institute currently has five scholarships up to the value of $5000 available to school leavers. The scholarships will be valid for up to two years only and will cover a wide range of vocational areas and different qualification levels across our teaching departments.
The following five scholarships will be awarded in three categories for Year 12 school leavers:
Access and Equity
Three scholarships will be awarded to students who have suffered financial hardship or experienced significant emotional or other hardships. Eligibility will be determined by Kangan Institute's scholarship panel.
Rural
One scholarship will be awarded to a rural student who has to travel a great distance (or relocate) in order to complete tertiary studies.
Academic Achievement
One scholarship will go to a student who has made a significant achievement in their studies. This student will have received exceptional grades or received an academic award.
