Bookshop

Services to our students

The Bookshop's primary focus is to provide textbooks and study materials for Kangan Institute students. Our services are designed around the needs of our students.

The following items are available for purchase from the Bookshop.

Textbooks

Students receive 5% off the retail price of textbooks. Bookshop staff work in close cooperation with teachers to ensure all textbooks are available in a timely manner.

Workbooks/course notes

Some teachers prepare specially printed workbooks for their students, which are sold through the Bookshop.

General stationery

For example pens, paper, USB sticks.

Specialist stationery

Some courses have specialist stationery needs. For example, the Bookshop stocks scale rulers and special carpentry pencils for building and furniture-making students.

Services to secondary colleges

The Kangan Institute Bookshop also offers a complete package of bookshop services to secondary colleges. We currently provide bookshop services to a number of local secondary colleges.

Why use our school bookshop service?

Coordinating the provision of learning resources for your students can be time-consuming. The problem with most booksellers is that while they can provide textbooks and stationery, secondary colleges have to go elsewhere for the printing of their school-produced resources.

However at the Kangan Institute Bookshop, we offer a total solution to your bookshop needs.

The Kangan Institute Bookshop can tailor a package of services to meet your requirements. Services may also include the collection of your student fees and distribution of college diaries and identification cards.

By engaging Kangan Institute as your college bookshop, you can be assured your students will receive a quality, customer-focused service.
