Free recruitment service
The Kangan Batman TAFE Employment Centre is a licensed Job Placement Organisation which offers a comprehensive and free recruitment service for employers.
We take the hard work and expense out of the recruitment process by:
- Receiving all initial telephone applications.
- Pre-screening candidates over the telephone and in person.
- Searching our databases of current Kangan Batman TAFE students, graduates and other eligible jobseekers for possible job-matching to your requirements.
- Advertising your vacancies online on this website and on www.jobsearch.gov.au
- Advertising your vacancies to a weekly email distribution list available to all Kangan Batman TAFE students and placed on noticeboards across five campuses. This vacancy listing is also distributed via our community newsletter, KB2C
- Offering expert advice on all employment matters.
- Ensuring confidentiality.
About our students/graduates
When hiring a Kangan Batman TAFE graduate, you can be assured they have received practical, up-to-date training and hands-on experience as part of their course.
Nationally-accredited TAFE courses are designed in consultation with the relevant industry training bodies, to ensure students develop the skills and knowledge employers need.
