Flexible Learning Centres

Flexible Learning Centres give students the opportunity to access computers, the internet and library resources, all in the one location.

Several Kangan Institute departments offer courses through the Flexible Learning Centres, which means students do not attend classes. Instead, they study independently under the guidance of a tutor using online, CD-ROM or printed resources. This gives students the freedom to study at home, at work, or in one of the Flexible Learning Centres, where teachers are available to provide support.

Students can also choose the time and speed at which they study, to suit their lifestyle and learning needs. They can choose to study on a part-time or full-time basis and can 'fast track' their course or spread it out over a longer time frame.
