Helpers have social skills and talents, enjoying activities that allow interaction with other people in a way that may have an effect in the lives of others or their way of thinking. They normally find communication easy and enjoy discussing their own and others ideas.
Helpers tend to be helpful, impulsive and verbally oriented people. They are considered good listeners and find other people often gravitate towards them for advice; however they do not need to be centre of attention.

Thinkers have well developed organisational skills and pay attention to detail and accuracy. Having analytical minds, they enjoy problem solving and searching through information to find answers. Tending to be academically inclined with analytical minds, they have well developed scientific and mathematical ability. They are inclined to be experimental and frequently trial new technology. Thinkers may be involved in things such as databases, taking surveys, making calculations and summarising information.
Conscientious workers who enjoy developing creative methods for solving problems, they are often found in occupations where attention to detail and or creative skills are required.
Thinkers tend to work best on their own, however, they can be an effective team member with like minded people.

Do you like practical, technical or outdoors work?
Would you like to make, build, grow or repair things?
Doers enjoy using their hands to prepare, create, build and repair things. With strong mechanical and athletic ability they tend to lean towards tasks that involve precision and accuracy such as engineering, skills trades and technical vocations.
Doers have highly structured patterns of thought. They tend to be frank, self reliant and loyal, becoming impatient with people who talk rather than do. They much prefer actions to words.

Organisers tend to be energetic, good at multi-skilling and work well with clearly defined tasks.
They enjoy a team environment, dealing with people and are often considered loyal, hard working and systematic.
