The course takes you through the process of exporting MYOB data into Excel, end-of-year procedures, and fixed assets and integrated computer accounting including BAS statement preparation.

Learning outcomes
Learning Outcomes of this program are: Create inventory items, manage inventories, and carryout an end of period stock take
Record transactions from all Command Centres
Set and maintain budgets
Create customised reports and forms
Prepare the BAS (Business Activity Statement) using MYOB BASlink
Create and print batch reports
Carry out end-of-year financial procedures
Maintain fixed assets using MYOB AssetManager Pro
Export MYOB data
Import MYOB data into other applications
Pre-requisite & eligibility requirements
Successful completion of Introduction to MYOB short course or equivalent demonstrated skills. Some basic computing skills are recommended. There is an understanding that students will have a basic understanding of windows.
Participant requirements
Manual supplied in Introductory MYOB Course will be used in this Advanced Course.
Additional information
Participants who have completed the Introductory MYOB course in the same calendar year, are eligible to a 10% discount when enrolling into the Advanced MYOB Course.
