Course overview
It’s an undisputed fact – coffee making is an art. And you can learn the finer points of the craft with our Barista course.
This program has been developed in response to the increasing need by café operators everywhere to source great coffee makers. It offers intensive, hands-on and practical training to meet the skills needs of a demanding industry and covers the basics of a great espresso, latte art, operation of espresso equipment, fun coffee alternatives and liqueurs. Participants will also learn about basic maintenance and day-to-day operations of a coffee shop, including coffee history.

Learning outcomes
This course has been designed to enable participants to:
1. make any coffee style, i.e. cappuccino, flat white, latte, espresso, etc. - including liqueur coffees;
2. understand the daily operations of a café, including the knowledge of cleaning and maintaining an espresso machine.
