How to enrol in short courses
Enrol in a short course today! It's easy.
1. Choose a short course
Find the course you want in the Short Course section on our website or in our Short Course catalogue. You can enrol directly online, by selecting the 'Enrol now' link on the session of your choice on your chosen short course information page. Continue onto Step 3. Otherwise, continue onto Step 2 for other methods of enrolment.
2. Complete and submit an enrolment form
Download an enrolment form or fill out the form in the back of the Short Course Catalogue. Please return to Kangan Institute using any of the following methods:Download the Short Course Enrolment Form

Send the completed enrolment form(s) along with cheque, money order, or credit card number to:

All cheques and money orders made payable to Kangan Institute. Please print your name, address, phone number and course on the back of the cheque. Please do not send cash via the mail.
Complete credit card details or attach Company Authority to invoice.

Bring the completed enrolment form(s) with a cheque, money order, cash or credit card to the reception area at any one of our campus locations.
By phone (credit card only)
You can also enrol by phone by calling (03) 9279 2551. Be ready to quote your credit card number with expiry date, course title, course code and start date.
We accept Mastercard and Visa.
3. Confirmation of enrolment
A confirmation letter (including date, time, course location, and receipt) will be mailed to you prior to commencement. If you have not received this confirmation letter 48 hours prior to course commencement, please contact us to confirm attendance details.
4. What to bring to the first class
Please bring the receipt issued to you, along with a notepad and pen, to your first class.
5. Enrolment Information and Conditions
Class sizes are limited. Enrolments will be taken in the order received.
Payment must be made to secure your place.
Kangan Institute has made every reasonable effort to determine an accurate class venue. Changing circumstances may occasionally require a course or program to run at a venue different from its original advertised location.
Programs with low enrolments may be cancelled or postponed. In the event of the Institute cancelling a short course, you will be given a full refund. Please provide a contact number on the enrolment form so we can contact you if courses and sessions are postponed or cancelled.
Refund and transfers
All cancellation/transfer requests made within five working days prior to the commencement date will incur a $40 administrative fee. Once course commences, the Institute will not approve refunds or transfers under any conditions.
No classes are held on public holidays.
