Course overview

This course is designed to meet the requirements of Victoria's food safety laws with respect to food handlers. It covers basic food hygiene practices in order to prevent food poisoning and food spoilage.
When you successfully complete this course you will receive a Food Handlers Certificate and a Statement of Attainment for the endorsed individual competency - SITXOHS002A (Follow Workplace Hygiene Procedures).
