Course overview
Learn how to outsmart the fat cells by choosing your food carefully. This course teaches you how to change your dietary habits and the importance of eating not only for taste but also for nutrition. Find your energy levels increase, stress levels decrease and enjoy the benefits which come when you eat for maximum energy, regardless of lifestyle and activities or exercise regimes.
On completion of this course, you will be eligible for three Professional Development Points (PDP).
