Learning outcomes
The Internet is part of our lives; we use it for banking, shopping sending messages across the ocean and we also use it for speaking. It certainly makes our lives easier. This introductory course proceeds at a pace suitable for the absolute beginner.
INTERNET
Participants will be introduced to techniques to surf the net - book a flight, search effectively for information, do Internet shopping or on-line banking.
EMAIL
Learn how to send emails to your family and friends, scan and attach photographs to your mail, and maintain contacts.
Pre-requisite & eligibility requirements
This is a beginners' course, however previous experience using Windows on a personal computer is recommended.
Additional information
This course is practical, with a hands-on approach being used throughout the course.
