Course overview

It’s all about quality control and personal pride with vehicle restoration – and this course will teach you the skills you need to make sure your project is of the highest quality. You’ll learn how to fabricate vehicle body panels in both steel and aluminium, and discover basic repair
techniques involving hammer and dolly work and hot shrinking. Once you’ve mastered these skills, you can progress into further studies in more complex panels, such as welding of body components and the fitting of new fabricated panels to existing bodies. Price includes tuition
and materials.

Learning outcomes:
You'll learn how to fabricate vehicle body panels in both steel and aluminum, and discover basic repair techniques involving hammer and dolly work and hot shrinking.

Participant requirements
Student must wear steel capped boots. Other materials supplied.
