This course is designed to meet the training needs of quality practitioners and managers and fill an identified need for a niche market. The course also targets senior staff from a range of discipline areas seeking to develop competence in evaluating organisations quality systems and auditability.

On successful completion of the course you will be awarded the 21822VIC Diploma of Quality Management.

Can I apply?
Applicants must have previously achieved a Certificate IV in Quality Management and Assurance.

How long is the course?
The course spans two semesters of part time study attending two nights per week.

You will study at the Broadmeadows campus.
How will I be assessed?
You will be assessed to show that you have achieved the skills and knowledge required by the course. Assessment may include written, oral or practical assessment methods. You will be advised in advance about the type of assessment and how it will operate. There is the opportunity for reassessment and appeal and you will be given this information.
