Certificate IV in Horticulture

Before having children, Michelle Kassavetis worked in the motor trade but always enjoyed gardening as a hobby. When her children started school and she wanted to return to the workforce part-time, she decided to make horticulture her new career.

She has completed the Certificate II in Horticulture and studied the Certificate IV part-time. She also works part-time in her own gardening business.

Michelle says she gains satisfaction from helping people improve their gardens and the joy her work brings them.
