EST program

Kangan Institute has been contracted to deliver the Prepare component of the Youth Jobs PaTH Program.

We support young job seekers aged 15-24 in developing  their employability skills including communicating at work, managing time and work tasks, increasing their digital literacy, interviewing and job hunting skills. The training is delivered in two training blocks (25 hours per week over 3 weeks).  Young job seekers are encouraged to discuss with their jobactive providers whether to attend one or both training blocks.

Jobactives will also assist young job seekers in deciding whether to enrol in EST generalist training or one of our specialised Employability Skills Training (EST) blocks.
