Richards Restaurant is a fully operating, licensed training restaurant where our Hospitality students gain hands-on experience in all areas of food and beverage service. From restaurant service and coffee making to cocktail and mocktail preparation, students develop real-world skills under the guidance of experienced chefs and hospitality teachers.
Whether you're joining us for a relaxed lunch, catching up with friends or celebrating a special occasion, every visit helps our students build the confidence and industry experience they'll take into their future careers.
Each service provides a unique dining experience, with menus designed as part of our students' practical training and learning.

Richards Restaurant is open for lunch on Wednesdays and Thursdays between 12 pm and 2 pm during the following periods:
Term 1: 27 Feb – 4 April
Term 2: 1 May – 27 June
Term 3: 17 July – 19 September
Term 4: 9 October – 21 November
