We value your feedback as it helps us know what we are doing well, what we need to improve or to address a specific concern. We will try to address any feedback promptly and fairly. relevant BKI staff involved in managing or investigating the complaint;
external parties where required or authorised by law (for example, regulators, oversight bodies, or law enforcement); and
third parties engaged to assist with investigation or review, where appropriate.

We take reasonable steps to limit disclosure to what is necessary to address the complaint.

What happens if you do not provide this information?

If you choose not to provide certain information, BKI may be limited in its ability to assess or respond to your complaint.

You have the right to request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions.
