The Employment Centre at Kangan Institute aims to build strong and ongoing relationships with employers, with the goal of assisting them in successfully recruiting vacancies.
Employers can also utilise our services by advertising via our free recruitment service or becoming involved in our other employment based events and activiites.
Any employer who is a registered business with a current ABN can advertise with the Employment Centre. We advertise roles for small, medium and large businesses, government and not-for-profit organisations. We can also advertise and promote employment opportunities for Third-party recruiters (eg recruitment agencies, group training organisations).
We advertise a range of positions across a range of industries. Your vacancy can be any one of the following for you to be able to advertise.

Once we have advertised your position, all applicants are screened prior to referral to ensure they suit your requirements. We also screen all ads before they are advertised to ensure they meet EEO and legislative requirements.
Before placing any advertisements with us it is the employer’s responsibility to ensure they are paying in with accordance with the relevant pay and conditions for their industry.
