All cheques and money orders made payable to Kangan Institute. Please print your name, address, phone number and course on the back of the cheque. Please do not send cash via the mail.
Complete credit card details or attach Company Authority to invoice - Company Authority form.

Feel free to swing by with a completed enrolment form(s) along with a cheque, money order, cash or credit card to the reception area at one of our many campus locations.

Be ready to quote your credit card number with expiry date, course title, course code and start date.
Oh, and we accept Mastercard and Visa too!
E) By Email
We’ll send you a confirmation letter (including date, time, course location, and receipt) to you prior to you starting the course.
If you have not received this confirmation letter 48 hours prior to course commencement, please contact us and we’ll confirm your attendance details.
Along with a trusty four-pen and notepad, please bring along the receipt of your course to the first class.
Please also bring the receipt issued to you to your first class.
As our class sizes are limited we will be taking enrolments in the order they’re received.
Payment must be made to secure your place.
Kangan Institute has made every reasonable effort to determine an accurate class venue. Changing circumstances may occasionally require a course or program to run at a venue different from its original advertised location.
Programs with low enrolments may be cancelled or postponed. In the event of the Institute cancelling a short course, you will be given a full refund. Please provide a contact number on the enrolment form so we can contact you if courses and sessions are postponed or cancelled.
Refund and Transfers
All cancellation/transfer requests made within five working days prior to the commencement date will incur a $40 administrative fee. Once course commences, the Institute will not approve refunds or transfers under any conditions.
No classes are held on public holidays.
