How to Enrol at Kangan Institute

Enroling in a short course is as easy as ‘1,2,3’ (4 & 5). All it takes is five simple steps and you’ll be ready to go!

So, if you already know what you’d like to study, let’s get underway.


Step One: Choose a Short Course

Haven’t found out the short course you want to study yet?

Feel free to browse through our excellent Short Course catalogue.

You can apply from there, or you can keep on going with the following steps.


Step Two: Complete and Submit an Enrolment form

Next step is to fill out the below enrolment form.

You got a few choices from here when sending the form:

a) Mail
Send the completed enrolment form(s) along with cheque, money order, or credit card number to:

All cheques and money orders made payable to Kangan Institute. Please print your name, address, phone number and course on the back of the cheque. Please do not send cash via the mail.

b) Fax
Complete credit card details or attach Company Authority to invoice - Company Authority form.

Fax to the Customer Service Centre on 9279 2590.

C) In Person
Feel free to swing by with a completed enrolment form(s) along with a cheque, money order, cash or credit card to the reception area at one of our many campus locations.

D) By Phone
You can enrol by phoning (03) 9279 2551.

Be ready to quote your credit card number with expiry date, course title, course code and start date.

Oh, and we accept Mastercard and Visa too!

E) By Email

Step three: Confirmation of Enrolment

We’ll send you a confirmation letter (including date, time, course location, and receipt) to you prior to you starting the course.

If you have not received this confirmation letter 48 hours prior to course commencement, please contact us and we’ll confirm your attendance details.


Step Four: What to Bring to the First Class

Along with a trusty four-pen and notepad, please bring along the receipt of your course to the first class.

Please also bring the receipt issued to you to your first class.


Step Five: Enrolment Information and Conditions

As our class sizes are limited we will be taking enrolments in the order they’re received.

Payment must be made to secure your place.

Course/Program Location

Kangan Institute has made every reasonable effort to determine an accurate class venue. Changing circumstances may occasionally require a course or program to run at a venue different from its original advertised location.

Course Cancellation

Programs with low enrolments may be cancelled or postponed. In the event of the Institute cancelling a short course, you will be given a full refund. Please provide a contact number on the enrolment form so we can contact you if courses and sessions are postponed or cancelled.

Refund and Transfers

All cancellation/transfer requests made within five working days prior to the commencement date will incur a $40 administrative fee. Once course commences, the Institute will not approve refunds or transfers under any conditions.

Public Holiday

No classes are held on public holidays.
