NEXT STEP is a free service for 15 – 24 year olds who are looking for advice on pathway options, career planning and referrals to relevant services.
Our students have access to a range of study support services to help them successfully complete their course work and prepare for exams.
Our experienced, qualified counsellors provide a free confidential service to help students manage to cope with life’s pressures and keep their study on track.
Our team of transitions facilitators work alongside students who are aged between 15-19 years to help them make a smooth transition into further education, training and employment.
Our Employment Centre provides a range of job search and employment related activities to help students develop their employability skills and find jobs in their chosen field.
We believe in rewarding hard work and achievement as well as supporting disadvantaged people within our community and have a number of scholarships and grants available to help students pursue their studies.

Support for Indigenous students
Our Indigenous Liaison Officer helps Indigenous students through their journey with us by providing cultural support, mentoring, offering advice and other assistance on an as needs basis.
