Timeline

Construction: Early 2023 to Late 2024

Classes Commence: First day of term 2025

Location

The HACCOE will be built on the Broadmeadows campus, facing the town park and Pearcedale Parade.

The landscaping between the Town Park and the HACCOE building will be blended to create seamless connection between the public space and the campus. Full glazing will take advantage of the view into the park and greenery, while also showcasing the hands-on learning occurring within.

The new HACCOE building has been designed to work both in the short term with the existing buildings on campus, and to align with the ultimate master plan vision for the overall campus.
