Melton Campus

Kangan Institute is expanding into Melton early through a strategic partnership with Western Business Accelerator and Centre for Excellence (BACE).

The partnership will see Kangan Institute deliver a range of interim vocational education and training courses at the Western BACE facility, located across the road from the upcoming Kangan Institute Melton Campus due to open in 2028.  Site of new Kangan Institute campus in Melton unveiled.

• Use route 454 which links Melton Station / Staughton St with Cobblebank Station / Coach Street.

• Get off at a stop along Bridge Road / Astley Drive (Astley Dr / Bridge Rd) which is about an 8-minute walk to Ferris Road.

By Train

Via Cobblebank Station (closest train station)

• Cobblebank railway station lies on the Ballarat / Ararat line. 

• From Cobblebank station you can walk toward Ferris Road / Cobblebank area. According to Moovit, some bus routes like 454 and 456 pass near Ferris Road.

• One of the stops is Astley Drive / Bridge Road which is roughly an 8-minute walk to Ferris Road (Western BACE).

  Via Melton railway station is also on the Ballarat line.

  From Melton you can connect via buses:

• Bus 454 runs between Melton Station / Staughton St and Cobblebank Station / Coach Street, passing along Bridge Road / Astley Drive.

• Bus 454 runs between Melton Station / Staughton St and Cobblebank Station / Coach Street, passing along Bridge Road / Astley Drive.

• If coming from Melbourne (CBD), you’d generally take the Western Highway / Calder Freeway toward Melton, then local roads toward Cobblebank / Ferris Road
