Employer Portal

Upon notification an apprentice or trainee has selected Kangan Institute as their Registered Training Organisation, a BKI representative will contact you to complete a Negotiated Training Plan. You will be guided to the Employer portal (ASMS) for review and the signing process.

The ASMS Employer portal allows employers to access up-to-date information regarding their apprentice or trainee's progress towards their qualification.

This portal provides several useful features:

View the Negotiated Training Plan

Monitor unit progression and completion

Check attendance records

Generate Progress Reports

Receive important notifications

If you encounter any difficulties accessing the ASMS Employer portal, assistance is available by contacting 13TAFE or emailing asmssupport@kangan.edu.au.
