Charith Jayaweera wins National Culinary Student of the Year

Having been crowned Best Culinary Student Victoria at the state finals, Kangan Institute's first year apprentice Charith Jayaweera has gone on to bringing home the top prize at the 2014 National Apprentice Competition and won Australia's Culinary Student of the Year!!
