"This partnership is a key step towards enhancing our educational ties within the region and we're looking forward to working collaboratively with Fujian International Business and Economic College to help build skills and knowledge of their students," said Kelly. "Most particularly it is a very special and rare occasion for the Vice Governor of the Government to visit and it signalled not just the Chinese Government's support for international education programs but also the recognition of Kangan Institute to deliver in the province of Fujian." Delivery is expected to commence in September 2013.
