Join us for Millinery Maestros & Protégés High Tea - News

Join Kangan Institute and The Westin Melbourne in ushering in the Spring Racing season with a special Millinery Maestros & Protégés High Tea event on Sunday 6th October.

More than 20 handcrafted millinery pieces made by Kangan Institute students and graduates will be on showcase, all while guests enjoy an array of sweet and savoury high tea delights.

MC'd by renowned fashion journalist Janice Breen Burns, the event promises fun and style with the best of millinery construction, couture trimming, design and patternmaking to inspire looks for the upcoming Spring Races.

“Kangan Institute is delighted to collaborate with The Westin Melbourne to celebrate the achievements of our millinery students,” said Kangan Institute CEO Phill Murphy. 

“This annual millinery showcase is a wonderful platform for our students to showcase their skills and talent as they prepare for creative careers in the field.”
