Nissan Motorsport’s Victory in the Top End

Kangan Institute’s interns and apprentices at Nissan Motorsport had an exciting opportunity to participate in the Crownbet Darwin Triple Crown at Darwin’s Hidden Valley.

Nissan Motorsport had an impressive weekend of racing, including a victory for Michael Caruso in Race 12.

“It was a really great race. To start on the front row is where good results come from in this category, as it puts yourself in a good position to capitalise. We got a fantastic start and I knew instantly that the car was very, very good. As soon as we came out after the pit stop, my engineer said we needed a few good laps, and I gave it everything we had. The Altima was faultless and the boys were great in the pits. This is a fantastic day, not just for me personally, but for everybody involved in the team”, he said.

Congratulations to the Nissan Motorsport team and our talented students!
