Course Overview

Are you looking for a career where you can make a direct and significant impact to an organisation's success?

Human resource professionals help organisations to achieve success by attracting and retaining a motivated, well-trained workforce that understands the business and can contribute to its objectives.

The Diploma of Human Resource Management reflects the role of individuals working in a variety of roles within the human resources sector. The job roles that relate to this qualification may include Human Resources Consultant, Human Resources Advisor and Human Resources Business Partner.

Responsibilities are likely to be determined at a workplace level. Some smaller organisations may require employees to work across all aspects of human resources. In larger organisations, individuals may coordinate a single human resources function.

A career in human resources offers diverse and interesting work and plenty of opportunities for progression.

The Diploma of Human Resource Management qualification serves also as a pathway for further learning.

If you want to continue your studies after you graduate, you can go on to complete the Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management (BSB61015)
