Bound to Industry. Bound to Succeed.

Kangan Institute are bound to industry. The relationships we have with our partners are some of our finest assets. However we always strive for more, and work very hard to establish more connections with the industries we supply.

Why we are bound to industry.

Our commitments to industry are covered by Skills First; the Government’s plan for vocational education in Victoria. Our binding ties with industry align with our Skills First requirements to deliver programs that lead to jobs.

However, we are bound by more than legislation. Our commitment extends to our students and industry. We consider ourselves custodians of the facilities we provide training in – the real owner is industry as we tirelessly work towards providing high quality training that exceeds industry expectations.

For those who are bound to make a difference.

We are not just bound to industry to make connections. We are bound to industry to maximise opportunities for our students. To make them not just ready, but across specific industry requirements as they constantly evolve and change. We are bound to industry so we implicitly understand industry, and can adapt our training accordingly.

Bound for better.

This attitude is demonstrated at every turn by our facilities and people. From our award winning Automotive Centre of Excellence in Docklands to our forthcoming Food and Fibre and Health and Community Centres of Excellence in Bendigo, we embody the burgeoning requirements for highly trained, highly skilled workers to meet demand in these sectors.

It is demonstrated by the sheer number of partnerships we have, a task we tirelessly work towards increasing. Whether it’s a productive relationship with the Mantra Tullamarine, Bendigo Health or Viva Energy, we seek to capitalise on collaborations for the benefit of our students, industry and community.

It is demonstrated by the countless success stories we have cultivated as high quality training produces skilled graduates able to hit the ground running. They are bound to succeed.

Industry bound means substantiated outcomes that are aligned with Skills First, provide job outcomes for students and close the loop.
