The mechanics behind a pre-apprentice’s success

When Raed Esho first migrated from Iraq to Australia in 2013, a monumental challenge awaited him – he needed to improve his English skills and find a career that’ll enable him to support his wife and two young children.  

Raed found his solution at Kangan Institute. Embarking on an automotive pre-apprenticeship program, Raed maximised the program’s work placement arrangements and worked with his teachers to secure a job he loves today as a mechanic apprentice.
